About
A specialist service, not a platform
IXSEO combines SEO, GEO and website intelligence to explain how search engines, generative AI systems and customers understand your website.
In short
- Automated analysis establishes facts
- Experienced people decide what those facts mean
- Findings are prioritised by commercial impact
- Nothing is claimed that cannot be evidenced
- All public analysis is passive
Why we exist
The problem with how websites get assessed
Two things happen to most organisations trying to understand their website. Either they run an automated tool, receive several hundred colour-coded rows, and act on whichever seem easiest; or they engage somebody who produces a confident narrative with very little evidence underneath it. The first is accurate and useless. The second is persuasive and unverifiable.
Neither answers the question that was actually being asked, which is almost never “what is wrong with our website”. It is “what should we do next, and what will it be worth”. Answering that requires both halves: verified facts about what the site publishes and how it performs, and judgement about which of those facts matter for this business, in this market, at this point.
IXSEO is built around that division. Code establishes what can be established — whether a title exists, whether pages can be crawled, what the DNS publishes, what performance was measured. Interpretation handles what code cannot: whether the site says anything worth reading, whether a first-time visitor would understand the offer, and which three of forty findings would actually change the commercial position.
Automation finds signals. Experience decides what matters.
How IXSEO works
Principles
Commitments that shape the work
These are constraints rather than values statements. Each one costs us something, which is what makes it worth stating.
We do not guarantee outcomes
No ranking guarantees, no traffic promises, no assurance of appearing in any AI system. Search and generative systems are controlled by third parties who change them without notice. Anyone guaranteeing a result in that environment is either mistaken or hoping you are.
Confidence is stated, not implied
Every finding carries a confidence level, and a low one is not a failure. Some things can be measured directly, some inferred from strong signals, and some only judged. Presenting all three with the same certainty is the most common way analysis becomes misleading.
Analysis is passive by default
Everything reached from a public form reads what a website already publishes to anyone who asks. Active testing of infrastructure requires separate signed authorisation with a defined scope, and is never triggered by someone typing a domain into a box.
Reports are written to be acted on without us
Enough technical detail for your developer, enough commercial framing for whoever approves the budget. A report that only works if you also hire the author is not really a report, and we would rather earn the implementation work than trap it.
We say when work is not worth doing
An audit of a site with four pages and no content will confirm that it has four pages and no content. Where the constraint is obvious, we say so and decline the engagement rather than selling a document that restates the problem.
AI assists, it does not decide
Language models interpret structured evidence; they never establish facts that code or an API can determine accurately. Their output is validated against a strict schema, filtered for claims we will not make, and reviewed before it reaches a paid report.
How an engagement runs
From first contact to something changing
The shape varies, but the sequence rarely does. Most of the value is decided in the first and last stages, which is why neither is automated.
Establish the commercial position
What the business sells, which of those things is most profitable, where enquiries currently come from and what has already been tried. Without this, an assessment optimises for traffic — which is not the same thing as revenue and occasionally the opposite.
Gather evidence
Automated analysis across whichever modules are relevant, plus measured performance data, public configuration and, where you can provide it, your own analytics and Search Console. This stage establishes facts and draws no conclusions.
Interpret and prioritise
A consultant reads the evidence alongside the site itself and decides what matters. Findings are ordered by likely commercial impact and grouped by dependency, because sequence is usually the difference between work that pays off and work that does not.
Present and decide
A walkthrough rather than a delivery. The point is to reach a decision about what happens next — whether we implement it, your team does, or the honest answer is that nothing should happen yet.
Implement or hand over
Where we implement, the same person who wrote the finding oversees the change. Where your team implements, the report is written so they can, and we stay available for the questions that arise part-way through.
Ecosystem
Who contributes what
Each brand is credited only on the parts of the service it genuinely supports. None of these attributions implies a shared legal entity.
Genyra
Genyra builds the applied-intelligence platform behind IXSEO, including the analysis pipeline, structured evidence model and interpretation layer.
Infrastructure and security expertiseElite Security Europe
Elite Security Europe contributes specialist review of email authentication, DNS configuration, infrastructure posture and passive security exposure.
Public exposure intelligenceIntelis
Intelis contributes public exposure and identity intelligence, covering organisational email exposure indicators, lookalike domains and brand impersonation signals.
Accountability
Who builds this
The usual answer to this question is a team page of photographs and job titles. This one is the company registration and the name of the person answerable for what gets published, because those are the parts a reader can actually verify.
IXSEO is operated by Genyra L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company formed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E. Its registered address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., and it holds Licence No. 2647701.01 under Formation No. 2647701. Both numbers appear in the footer of every page on this site so they can be checked against the register rather than taken on trust.
Explanatory pages here — this one, the methodology, how an analysis runs, how findings are reported — are written by the organisation rather than by a roster of named contributors, and the structured data on them says exactly that: the author is the organisation. Editorial responsibility for them rests with Lyndon Jones, Owner, Genyra L.L.C-FZ, who is named in that same structured data as the editor.
That is the whole of it. There is no headcount to quote, no certification body that has assessed this work, and no number of years anybody could confirm from the outside. What can be confirmed from the outside is the set of published standards the analysis is built against, which is listed below.
What the expertise rests on
Published standards you can check the analysis against
The analysis behind IXSEO is built on documented, publicly published standards rather than private opinion. Each deterministic check traces back to one of the references below, so a finding can be checked against its source rather than taken on trust. Where a finding rests on judgement instead of a published standard, it is marked as judgement and its confidence is stated.
- Google Search Central documentation
- Crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, robots directives and structured-data eligibility.
- Lighthouse
- The open-source audits and published scoring definitions behind the performance and accessibility figures.
- Core Web Vitals
- The published thresholds for loading, interactivity and layout stability.
- schema.org
- The vocabulary used to judge whether an organisation, its services and its content are machine-readable.
- IETF RFCs for DNS and email authentication
- The specifications defining DNS records and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that mail receivers act on.
What this website deliberately does not say
A service that assesses whether other organisations make verifiable claims about themselves should hold to the same standard. So there are no invented testimonials, no borrowed client logos, no awards, no certifications we do not hold and no statistics we cannot evidence. The following are absent because we will not fabricate them:
- Client names and logos
- Testimonials and review scores
- Case studies with attributed results
- Awards and industry recognition
- Partner or certified-agency status
- Customer or project counts
- Years in business
- Employee numbers or office locations
- Average ranking improvements
- Traffic growth percentages
What is here instead is capability stated plainly, method explained in detail, a complete demonstration report you can read before committing to anything, and a free analysis that gives you something useful whether or not you ever get in touch. That is a slower way to earn trust. It is also the only one consistent with what we sell.
